Chapter 60 These Villas Are Mine

A woman rushed up right away and shouted arrogantly.

“I am Camilla Bafford, the general housekeeper in charge of the whole villa area. Who permitted you to take down the fence? Did you get the owner’s permission?”

Ira reacted quickly. Seeing the woman rushing up, he directly blocked in front of Zayla.

Zayla frowned and said coldly, “I am the owner. These villas are mine.”

Zayla’s tone was so calm that the others failed to react for a while. Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.

Ira thought at first that there might have been a misunderstanding here. After he came back to his senses, he wondered if he had been hearing things.

“Are you kidding? There are eighteen villas here. Not just one! Don’t think you can trick me, just because you drive a Benz G-Class. Such a car is nothing in the Riverside Villa Area.”

Zayla knew that it sounded like she was bragging when telling them that she owned all the villas in section one. No one would believe her.

Yet she still figured that Camilla’s attitude and tone were outrageously unacceptable.

“Get out of here now, or I will call the police!” Camilla threatened.

“Suit yourself.” Zayla didn’t bother to talk to Camilla.

Camilla immediately called the police, saying that someone pretended to be a property owner, infiltrating the villa area and tearing down the garden fence.

Soon, the police arrived and asked Zayla to show her ID card and property ownership certificate. They also asked her to take off her sunglasses and hat to verify her identity.

Zayla took off her sunglasses and hat. She used her slender and fair fingers to stroke her long hair gently. She was so beautiful that it made one’s heart tremble.

She had been the trending topic for a few days now, and everyone in Houston knew her.

The others were surprised, and Zayla noticed Camilla’s reaction.

Camilla’s expression did not change at all, as if she already knew who Zayla was before Zayla removed her sunglasses and hat.

“Your property ownership certificate,” the policeman said with a smile.

Zayla walked to the Benz G-Class parked aside and opened the trunk in front of everyone.

What they saw were property ownership certificates that filled the trunk.

Everyone was utterly shocked.

Zayla looked at the crowd and smiled, “Wait for a second. It takes time to find it.”

As soon as she finished speaking, she searched through the pile of property ownership certificates.

Ira opened his mouth wide and stuttered, “Zayla, you… Do you need sons?”

Zayla casually replied, “I need a grandson.”

“No problem! Grandma!”

Zayla was speechless.

Finally, she found all eighteen property ownership certificates and handed them to the police.

The police confirmed that she was indeed the owner of those villas. They coordinated with the two sides, got Camilla to apologize, and then contacted the property manager before leaving.

Learning what had happened, the property manager rushed over at once and apologized to Zayla repeatedly.

Zayla looked at Camilla and said to the property manager briefly, “Fire her.”

The property manager nodded.

Camilla looked at Zayla contemptuously and said disdainfully, “So what if you have so many villas? You trade your body for them. What’s the big deal? So what if you fire me? I don’t want to be a housekeeper for sluts anyway.”

As soon as Camilla finished speaking, she turned around and was about to leave.

Zayla curled her lips and blocked Camilla’s way.

Then she sized Camilla up.

“Tell the person behind you that I don’t care what agenda is out there.

“Just a friendly reminder. Grave prices are skyrocketing in Houston. Buy a plot early.”

She narrowed her beautiful eyes, using the most stunning smile and the gentlest tone to speak extremely terrifying words.

Camilla trembled in fear, not daring to look straight into Zayla’s eyes.

“I don’t know what you are talking about.”

“It doesn’t matter. Just buy it,” Zayla continued to smile.

Camilla was even more panicked and immediately fled.

The property manager repeatedly apologized to Zayla and promised to find a reliable general housekeeper.

Zayla shook her head, indicating that it was fine. After all, what happened had nothing to do with

the manager.

After the property manager left, Ira scolded Camilla for a few words and asked in a puzzled tone.

“Zayla, why did you take down the fences of these villas?”

Zayla looked at the confused Ira and opened the door of the passenger seat.
