The Yeager family's total assets amounted to a sum of around 1 billion dollars. They did not have as much money as Duscia Corporation had spent on investments.

It was a lot of money for Hattan.

"What did you find out?" Zack asked from his seat.

"Grandpa, Duscia Corporation is very mysterious. They are very powerful, and none of the families found anything out. We only found that, other than several local hires, most of their staff are from outside Hattan.

"Also, the legal representative and general manager of Duscia Corporation is a young man in his twenties. His name is Adrian Pierce. We're not sure of his background as there's no way to find out." Wayne Yeager clicked on a photograph on his computer. It was a shot of Adrian shaking hands with a Hattan bigshot.

"He's only in his twenties..."

The members of the Yeager family were taken aback.

They all thought that Duscia Corporation was a pet project of some rich family. They did not expect that it was spearheaded by a young man in his twenties.

The younger he was, the more powerful his background might be.

The Yeager family was not the only one in shock. Even the Dhillon family and others of Hattan were taken aback.

They could sense that a great force would shake things up in Hattan soon.

"He's really handsome..." Jade Yeager was gleeful as she looked at Adrian's picture.

Adrian was good-looking and scarily capable. That made him limitlessly charming. Adrian was exactly the kind of husband Jade wanted. He was nothing like that useless Dustin. That was why she left Dustin for Patricia.

"Duscia Corporation... The name is very strange..." Warren muttered.

It sounded like a mashup of Dustin and Patricia's names, who had been chased out of the Yeager family just a few days ago.

"Dad, you're thinking too much," Jade said. She knew what her father was thinking. "It's just a coincidence."

It did not matter how capable Dustin and Patricia were. There was no way they could have started such a huge company.

It was laughable. Whoever was behind Duscia Corporation was a mysterious force that was much more powerful than the Yeager family.

Patricia was in such dire straits at this point that she had to work for others to support Dustin. It would be lucky enough if they were not already destitute.

"Hattan isn't that big of a city. Investing 2 billion dollars isn't a very smart move," Zack said with a frown.

"Grandpa, based on the latest news, Duscia Corporation isn't just working on the Nevernight City Project. They seem to be planning to take over the development of the whole city. They want to make this place grow economically and turn it into a center for tourism and S entertainment. They will establish further businesses for it. The plans are far-ranging. No one even knows what the limits of Duscia Corporation's capital are.

"The most important thing is that they've gotten support from the government. Everything's been

greenlit! They have a lot of pownet

Wayne's words stunned the members of the Yeager family.

"They're spending so much money to start such a huge development. This kind of

"With these plans, this kind of move, and such a brain behind it all, Duscia Corporation must be really powerful," Zack said slowly.

Summerdale was the capital of Lovellia.

"Isn't the Pierce family one of the top families in Summerdale?" Percy immediately asked.

"I'm surprised such an important person chose Hattan..."
