Yvette walked downstairs dressed in all black the next day, her delicate face carrying a cold expression due to her sleepiness.

"Ms. Murray, everything is prepared as you instructed," Miguel reported cautiously.

She nodded in response and was about to set off when she received a call from Xavier. She immediately answered, "Xavier, what's the matter?"

On the other end of the line, Xavier's expression was grim, his face marked with a deep seriousness.

"Yvie, was it you who blew up the Shadow Alliance's arms factory and Kaiser Casino?"

The news had traveled faster than she expected... It had reached him already.

Seeing there was no point in hiding it, Yvette simply admitted, "Yes, I destroyed them."

Although Xavier had already guessed, hearing her confirmation made him frown deeply.

"Yvie, you promised us that you'd leave Yenosha after obtaining the drug from DY Organization, yet now you've gone and blown up the arms factory and the casino, stirring up the entire Shadow Alliance!"

"So what?" Yvette's eyebrows rose with a lazy indifference, her tone unbothered. "The Shadow Alliance caused me far greater losses back then!"

"Yvie, this incident has already alerted the Shadow Alliance's boss. He'll be coming personally to capture you, putting you in grave danger!"

Xavier's face was filled with deep concern as he said in a heavy tone, "Yvie, leave Yenosha immediately. I'll come to support your retreat!"

"No," Yvette rejected his suggestion without hesitation. "I still have one more thing to accomplish."

Blowing up the arms factory and the casino was just a warm-up, something to slightly disrupt the Shadow Alliance's operations. But the dock was different.

Destroying the dock-the Shadow Alliance's most crucial point for shipments- would deliver a significant blow to their core!

Xavier's tone grew more urgent. "Yvie, nothing is more important than your safety!"

"I'll retreat from Yenosha once this task is done. Don't worry about me."

With that, she hung up decisively. Once she made up her mind, she never wavered.

The worry etched on Xavier's handsome face deepened as he stared at his phone. And yet, there was nothing he could do about Yvette's decision.

He regretted agreeing to let her go to Yenosha in the first place; he should have found a way to stop her...

After ending the call, Yvette

pocketed her phone. Her flawless,

delicate face was expressionless, but the cold air surrounding her was enough to make others tremble.

"Let's go."

Intimidated by her powerful presence, Miguel didn't dare say another word and replied respectfully, "Yes, Ms. Murray."

An hour later, they arrived at their destination.

"Ms. Murray, we're here," Miguel informed respectfully.

Yvette nodded, then took out her laptop. Her pale fingers flew over the keyboard, and within five minutes, she successfully hacked into the security system.

"I've infiltrated their security system, and their alarms are now disabled."

Hearing this, Miguel couldn't help but admire her. "Ms. Murray, you're incredible!" "Less talking, more working."

With that, Yvette got out of the car first, and Miguel quickly followed.

Shadow Alliance guards were stationed around the dock, patrolling the area 24/7. There were strict security measures in place.

Yvette effortlessly knocked out a few guards, stripping them of their uniforms and successfully blending in. However, just as they were about to enter the dock, her eyesnoveldrama

narrowed, a sense of unease rising within her.

Things had gone too smoothly...

"Something's off..." Upon realizing this, Yvette's expression changed as she

quickly said, "Retreat!"
