Sara woke up to the sweet scent that lingered in the room, her eyelids blinked several times before she could accustom herself to the handsome man lying next to her.

She couldn't escape the smile that graced her lips as memories of the previous night flowed through her memories. She rested her head on her arm and stared intensely at Killian.

Even though she knew Killian to be very handsome, she couldn't resist his cuteness as he lay on the bed, sleeping soundly.

But it seems kind of embarrassing to her now that Killian was talking about it.

Killian surely knows how to find his way around girls, he lowered his head and centered his eyes on hers.

"I am... sorry, I need to take my bat,." Sara muttered and slipped out of the room, while Killian fell on the bed, smiling and grinning widely.

It was the first time in a very long time that he smiled, Sara's presence had truly taken a toll on him.

Killian dressed up properly and walked out of the room.

"Oh no! I just escaped one, and here is another one." Sara sighed. She applied oil on her body and wore her clothes. "Why are you not answering me? I could hear you guys moaning out loudly." Violet said with a loud voice that Sara ran to cover her mouth, hoping that the guards outside wouldn't hear her.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" Sara muttered while she shook her head in embarrassment.

She smiled to herself as she remembered Killian's soft side, he was the complete to his previous mate, Zayne.

She suddenly remembered her encounter with the moon priestess and her expression turned gloomy, her heart raced, and her armpits itched. The moon priestess's revelation rang in her head. She told her their powers contrasted each other, and would only harm themselves in return.

She had started to have some feelings towards Killian, and now the prophecy was the only thing holding her back. She wanted the best for Killian, and wouldn't want to harm him a bit. The way he saved her from the cruel hands of Jared was fascinating.

"Luna Sara, what's wrong? How come your expression suddenly turned sour?" Violet asked as she noticed Sara's sudden change of expression.

"Violet, let me ask you somethin'," Sara mumbled with a sigh; she dropped the clothes on her hands, sat on the be, d and faced Violet.

"If you love someone, but there's a prophecy that goes against you guys being together? Will you go against it and live with the person you love?" She asked while Sara stared at the ceiling before nodding with a smile.

"Yes, as long as he is the person in my heart, I will do my best to be with him and spend the rest of my life with him. Even if it is for a day, I have no regrets.

Life is only once, I must live it to the fullest with the person I love." She replied gleefully, and Sara's heart warmed. She had just given her the perfect answer that she wanted, and nothing was going to stop her from being with Killian.

"But why do you suddenly ask this?" Violet asked with suspicion while Sara hurriedly shook her head.
