The Billionaire's Forbidden Longing

Chapter 189 The Bullied Teddy

The Lewis family wasn't some rich dynasty, but they were a bunch of medical geniuses who moved overseas about a hundred years ago.

Sabrina's folks were working with Doctors Without Borders in Emberlyn.

But the Lewis family liked to keep things on the down-low, so nobody really knew who their heirs were. That was why Alexander was so shocked.

"Sabrina's definitely a Lewis. With her parents in Emberlyn, it's way too risky for her to go there. She should stay here and keep studying," Allison said.

Alexander nodded and handed the file to James. "Set it up. With her credentials, she should easily get into Stellar University. Let her pick her major."

James nodded and went off to take care of it.

Allison then took Sabrina to her apartment. "You'll be staying here from now on. Don't worry, this place is mine. Cleo's usually the only one around, so you'll have some company."

Sabrina's face lit up with happiness. Allison patted Sabrina's head, feeling a bit sad.

After leaving the apartment, Alexander and Allison walked through the neighborhood, hand in hand.

"If you don't like living at the Carter Manor, I have a villa near Stellar University. It could be our future home," Alexander said softly.

Allison was surprised. "Alexander, are you showing off your wealth?"

She put her hands on her hips, pretending to be mad.

Alexander laughed. "I promise, it's not about showing off. That's your house!"

Allison frowned, her eyes twinkling like stars.

Alexander explained, "That villa is our engagement gift. It's already furnished. I'll take you to see it when we have time."

Allison's mood brightened instantly.

That evening, they went back to the Carter Manor.

Teddy, who had been sulking for days, finally showed up, giving Allison a reproachful look.

"Dwight wants to see you. When are you free? Dwight's got a bad temper, so be careful," Teddy said.

Allison sighed. "Does Dwight know you talk about him like this?"

Teddy, despite his age, was pouting like a kid. If they weren't at the Carter Manor, Allison might have smacked him.

Dinner was a grand affair. Allison ate heartily, enjoying the warm atmosphere of the Carter family.

"Allison, I've always wondered, how did you end up outranking Teddy?" Jessa asked curiously. Teddy immediately tensed, giving Allison a pleading look.

"Because not only can he not beat me in a fight, but his coding skills also don't match mine," Allison replied.

Jessa shot Teddy a sympathetic look. No wonder Allison didn't fall for him. She sighed and kept eating, feeling a bit embarrassed for him.

Teddy glared at Allison, but Griffin smacked him on the back of the head. "Don't you dare glare at her. Allison's gonna be your elder soon, so show some respect."

Allison couldn't help but laugh, and soon the whole family joined in.

Teddy, still sulking, ate his food like he was biting into Allison.

After dinner, Allison took a bath and then went to Mia's room. Mia had just gotten back from school, and Allison helped her with her homework for an hour.

Liliana, touched by Allison's help, brought up a tray of snacks.

"Mom, you're so biased. You made cheesecake for Allison, but you never made it for me, no matter how much I begged," Mia pouted.

Allison tickled her, making her laugh.

"Allison, you just ruined my sulking!" Mia said.

Allison smiled, already eating the cheesecake. "Hey, I can't let you sulk all day! And I'll eat the cheesecake."

"No way! Don't take my cheesecake, Allison!" Mia protested.

Allison noticed the dark circles under Liliana's eyes and approached her. "Liliana, have you been having trouble sleeping?"

Liliana nodded. "Yeah, I've been having insomnia. It's an old problem."

Allison checked her and quickly wrote a prescription. "Have Felicity get these meds tomorrow. Take them twice a day, and you'll see improvement in a week. Also, your ovaries and fallopian tubes need attention. I'll give you a massage therapy session tonight."

Liliana was surprised. "Can massage therapy really help with that?"

Allison nodded. "Absolutely. It improves blood flow. After a week of massages, you'll feel much better. Combine that with the meds, and you'll be good as new."

Liliana, moved, grabbed Allison's arm. She had struggled with these issues for years without much improvement.

"Allison, you are truly a blessing to our family," Liliana remarked.

Allison smiled, and Mia hugged her around the neck. "If I were a guy, I'd marry you and give you the best of everything!"noveldrama

Allison laughed, playfully tussling with Mia.

Before bed, Allison gave Liliana a massage while Victor watched, and Liliana soon fell asleep.

Allison handed Victor a jar of ointment. "Apply this to Liliana's navel. It's a special formula I made. It's great for women's health."
