I taught them all the parts of the piano such as the lid, fallboard, top support, upper panel, music stand, key block, lower panel, damper pedal, muffler pedal and soft pedal.
I want to familiarize them with the parts of the piano first before I teach them how to use it.
Our time ended well and I’m sure they learned something, they were all quiet, I know why because I’m a new teacher.
It’s always like that, when they know the teacher is new, they are nice and quiet at first, but after a week, I’m sure they’ll all be naughty.
When the class ended, I all said goodbye to them and left to go to the faculty, what I know is that I will only teach their section today.
The first day of my return to work wasn’t bad because I felt that I was enjoying myself while being ahead of them all.
But it was really different when I was at the school itself, where I was first accepted even though I had little experience, they trusted me that I could teach the children properly. I wonder about how they are now? Maybe those kids are in high school now, and I hope they still haven’t forgotten what I taught them back then.
I remember suddenly when I told mom and dad that I had a job, they were very happy for me and I was the same for myself, but a year after I started working, mom died.
My world has started to crumble and I can hardly eat or leave my bed. I just want to always be locked in my room, we used to be a happy family but when mom disappeared, my heart also drifted away from dad.
I don’t know what to blame, I wish I had forced dad to go to that party so that when he got home, only dad would drive the car and not mom. But will everything be changed if it already happened?
Maybe mom was disappointed when I resigned from my job because I couldn’t face those children with a broken heart. I can’t let them see me I hardly recognize myself anymore.
But now that I have changed a lot, that even though my heart still has traces of pain and scars, at least now I can face them. It’s not like before that my solution was to quit my beloved job, now no matter what pain is put on me, I can face anyone.
I will make sure they will never see how broken I am inside because I know how to hide my feelings that only myself should see.
Chase’s Point Of View.
“Aren’t you at work right now? I know you have meetings to go to?”
I turned to Ryan when he entered my office in my condo, I sent him because we had something important to discuss.
“I let my secretary go to those meetings,” I said seriously while sitting on the swivel chair.
He just nodded and sat on the sofa before looking at me. “What do you want to talk about?” he asked.
“Are you one hundred percent sure that the people who want me dead are dead?” I asked.
“You mean the people who put drugs in your wine that night?” he asked and I nodded.
“That’s not the only thing they did to me to kill me,” I said. “Remember? How many times did they break the brake of my car, did those idiots think that I wanted to die in a car accident? How many times I was followed, so I always tell investors that when there is a meeting, it is in a private that’s just a place rather than restaurants.”
“Damn,” Ryan said. “It’s a good thing you’re still alive? What’s the reason they want you dead?”
“Because they hate dad and want to get my company,” I explained. “I know dad has many enemies and they are taking revenge on me, others I don’t know the reason why they want me to die. Maybe it’s because I’m so rich that they want to kill me,” I added.
“What do you want to do?”
I sighed and leaned my back on the swivel chair before looking at him. “I want you to investigate, I have someone I know who hates me very much. He’s Liam Chen, owner of a famous casino in Las Vegas.”
