The Rebirth of the Betrayed Alpha

Tossing and turning around in bed, Olivia still couldn't fathom how it all happened, what started excitedly had turned sour nearly ending her life.

"Olivia" Alexandra's soft voice bellows through the door causing Olivia to roll her eyes.

"Olivia, I know you can hear me"

Grabbing her pillow, Olivia quickly covers her ear.

"Aren't you going to open the door?"noveldrama

Olivia groans. "Go away she mutters"

"Open the door, Olivia"

"Go away" she rolls her eyes hoping Alexandra doesn't get to see her, the last thing she needed was someone to taunt her, and deep down, she was aware Alexandra was certainly going to jump on this opportunity.

"If you don't let me in, I will let myself in, baby sister"

Olivia closes her eyes and pretends to be fast asleep.

"I'm going to count to ten and if you don't say a word, I'm coming in"

"Get lost" Olivia mutters

"1...2...3, 4.....5, 6, 7...8" Alexandra barges inside and Olivia stiffened but Alexandra doesn't see that.

"It's noon and you are still asleep" Alexandra scoffs.

Olivia rolls, wishing those damn rogues didn't attack her then Alexandra wouldn't have the upper hand and she wouldn't be pretending to be asleep like some coward.

"Are you going to keep staying in bed or are you going to keep pretending all through?" Alexandra rolls her eyes without a doubt that Olivia was awake and hearing her.

"Olivia Guerrero you are a pretentious snake"

Olivia frowns at her brow, Alexandra was pushing it but she wasn't to give her what she wants, that would make her so predictable all the time and Olivia doesn't like that.

"I know you can hear me perfectly so listen but I would have loved to see your face, your fierce eyes when I talk to you"

Olivia breathes in and out. "Shut up" she mutters

"Didn't you say you were going to a party, how come you were attacked by rogues? How couldn't you fight them off? Thought you were a strong beta?"

Olivia clenches her teeth, she had in mind Alexandra's presence wasn't for any better. That was why as soon as she had returned home after the attack, she went straight to her room making sure she wouldn't make contact with Alexandra. And this morning she had stayed in bed, locked in her bedroom so she wouldn't enter but Veronica had told her to keep her door open since she was sick and was recuperating.

"Olivia!" Alexandra yells, aloud "Are you going to keep quiet like a coward, or are you going to face me?"

Hearing those words, Olivia quickly opens her eyes, sitting up and causing Alexandra to smirk.

"What! What do you want? Are you here to gloat?"

"Wow! Olivia Guerrero, in flesh" applauding her hands lazily, Alexandra gazes into her eyes.

"Can you just tell me what you want and get out? What are you doing here anyway? Don't you have better things to do? Did you come here to laugh at me"

"You're evil that's why you keep thinking wicked things but of course, I can't blame you herself since you were birthed with evil"

"Birthed with evil? Are you cursing my mother?"

"Did I? Listen I only came here because I heard what happened to you"

Olivia laughs, unbelievably. "What have you turned to? Mother Teresa? Your act doesn't fool me, I can see right through you Alexandra, I know what type of person you are"

"Tell me what sort of person am I? I'm curious to know?"

"You are a sneaky wench but the only thing you've failed to realize is that you can't fool me. I can read you like a book"

"You're daft. How could you? You couldn't even figure out your path and avoided those rogues and you are here bragging that you can read me"

"What part of me can you read? How can a common Beta read an Alpha?" Alexandra chuckled.

"Common? Are you looking down on me because I got attacked by rogues? Anyone can be attacked by rogues"

"If another werewolf got attacked by rogues, would you be saying this?"

Olivia blinks her eyes, opening and closing her mouth not sure about the right words to say.

"You wouldn't, you would call that pack member a weakling who should be lowered to the rank of an Omega and if it was Alpha, you call her a disgrace! You will call me a disgrace and a weakling who shouldn't be let to run the Guerrero pack. You would even start rumors among pack members in the council"

"Alexandra!" Olivia yells aloud "I'm trying to recuperate so please get out"

Alexandra's face softens and she smiles. "Why are you being too serious all of a sudden?"

"Too serious? Don't you have anything better to do? Have you washed the dishes, cleaned, swept"

"I've done everything, the only thing that's left is taking care of you"

"I was resting before you came, don't need your help"

"Really? By the way, is it true?"

"Is what true"

Alexandra gives her a suspicious look. "Stop acting timid"

"Acting timid. What are you talking about?"

"You already know. Everyone's already talking about it"

"Talking about what?" She asks curiously

"You know the rumors are flying around"

"What rumors are you talking about? Is it about my attack? Do the pack members already know? Did you tell them?"

Alexandra chuckled. "The pack members always know everything that happens in the Guerrero pack"

Olivia flips her hair. "I can bear with that, give it days and it will die off"

"Are you certain? I wouldn't be so sure if I were you, since I heard you went there for other motives"

"What other motives are you talking about?"

"The rumors between you and Adams, is it true?" Alexandra smiles mischievously
