Chapter 109: David's Father Jasmine's POV

"David was Travis's Son. But he didn't know about it," I started. They thought Travis just wanted me back, and they thought I didn't have the intention of giving him another chance without knowing the real reason for my actions, which they just now found out about. "But, Sir Travis has been courting you-" I cut Jacob from talking. I already knew what he wanted to tell me.

"I hid and still hid my son from him. I actually don't have any plans of coming back here. All I want is to stay abroad, that's it, but Destiny really played me well." It's really not my job to explain this to them but I just want them to know where I am coming from and why I don't like to be with him again.

"I hid David for five years. I didn't inform Travis about it. After what he did to me. After he cheated on me. After he betrayed me and abandoned me. I can't give him another chance to catch things up. And most especially I don't want him to meet David. He had no right at all. "I firmly said. I know they could understand me. "He knew, even in the first place. He is the reason why, until now, I didn't give up on raising my son. He stood up Like his own father. He cared about him and showered him with love. He helped me when he found out about everything." I told them. I continue telling them how kind and great he is.

They were amazed when they found out that Diego had helped and convinced me to always stay positive.

"You guys are seeing Travis talking to me, begging me to give him another chance, which I couldn't. " Because he is a scumbag. How could he let someone hurt me? I actually don't want to bring back the past again and again but I couldn't stop.

I couldn't wish for anything but only Diego and my son. My life would not be complete without them.

I started telling them the whole story about what happened five years ago until now. They were admiring how pure Diego's heart and his intention.

Even me, I will never forget those days he never left by my side. How he chose me and my son ever anything else. How he helped me to grow and learn more.

"He didn't deserve to be in that situation right now" I tried myself not to cry in front of them. These past few days I know that I'm not into myself.

"Ma'am Jaz, We're really sorry we don't have any idea about your situation. Erica said, which made me smile at her.

"No, it's okay. " I smiled at them but I can read that they are worried about me.

I kept on saying that I'm alright but I'm not. Especially right now, I don't even know what to do.

I can see my son Crying at night. I know at his age that he knows and understands what is happening.

I can feel it. He's just showing me that he's strong but deep inside he really missed Diego.

"He was like a replica of him," I heard Ryan said while looking at my son.

"Mom, I bought Cake for you." He showed me a box of cake. I messed up his hair which made him pouted.

"He's so cute," I heard Erica giggled.

"Thank you." I accept it and place it on the table. I carried him and made him sit on my lap.

"I missed Daddy Uncle mom. " He said in a sad voice.

I couldn't stop but to get sad also.

"David, don't worry. Your Daddy Uncle will wake up sooner. " Kurt told him but son looked at Kurt and smiled at him before nodding.

"I wish he woke up sooner. I missed playing with him" he uttered.

The three boys looked at each other like they have something in their mind.

We could play with you for the meantime while your Daddy Uncle is asleep Jacob tried to cheer him up which made my son look at them with a smile on his face.

He suddenly went down and grabbed the bag of his toys and started showing all his games to them.

They started playing with my son which made me happy. After all, they are still here to make my son happy. You have to wake up and see this Diego.
